Kansas City-based Glace´Artisan Ice Cream is a more grown-up sweet treat, rich in texture and unusual flavors like Venezuelan dark chocolate, fleur de sel caramel, and pineapple-cilantro sorbet. The challenge was to create an easy-to-replicate, turnkey approach to the retail brand experience that reflected the clean, sophisticated, modern minimalism the owner, chocolatier, and pastry chef Christopher Elbow, desired.
